Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Like this easy recipe. I followed some reviewers' suggestion that put the glaze on the top; tuned out there was lots broth coming out and mixed with the glaze during baking. I tried to pour out the extra broth and the glaze just mixed with it and slid down. Besides the mixture of the bloody broth and glaze were just disgusted. I ended up took all the mixture out and poured the brown sugar/ ketchup mixture on the top of meatloaf in the end when it almost done.

This recipe is so easy and the fudge is definitely delicious. I used 1.5C milk chocolate and 1.5C semisweet chocolate chips as some reviewers recommended and the result is good. However, I personally like less sweet better so maybe next I'll follow the recipe by using all semi-sweet chips.

Baked Flan
My husband and I love it! For the caramel, I suggest prepare more sugar for covering all the surface of your container evenly. First time when I made it, the sugar cooled down so fast that I didn't have time to let it flow over. I ended up making more sugar to cover it. Tip is pour your caramel when it boiling (watering) and once you pour it into the pan, swirl it as soon as possible to make it even. It's definitely worth trying this recipe and you'll love it! And it's so easy to make!
