Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
This is an awesome and super easy recipe! I kind of tweaked though because I didn't have everything in my pantry. I didn't have premade chili seansoning so I made my own chili seasoning with chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, cayenne pepper, pinch of corriander, garlic powder, marjoram, and paprika. I had dark kidney beans, but I didn't have light kidney beans. I had ranch style beans with sliced jalepeno's which was an awesome substitute that I will probably use forever now! I also used a high quality organic lean ground beef which seriously is way more flavorful than the stuff in the plastic rounds. I didn't have tomato sauce either so I used tomato paste and made sauce out of it. And wow does mild pace picante make the biggest difference ever versus your plain diced tomatos! My husband said this was the best beef chili that I have ever made and it was so easy. He wants me to make this every week now. Awesome recipe! this will def be a staple dinner in my house!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Awesome! Made this recipe for a pot luck and it was gone in 10 minutes.. Super delicious and easy. I used sweet baby rays chipotle sauce and was just the right amount of sweet and heat!

Sunny's Creamy Chicken Pork Chops
Great recipe! I made this recipe with thin cut bone in chops with a few alterations. I pre seasoned my chops with paprika, pepper, and seasoned salt. First I carmelized my onion and garlic and added a bit of white wine and vinegar and evaporated the juices out and removed them from the pan. Then I put in the chops and browned them on both sides then added the onion back in. Then poured the chicken broth and about 5 ounces of vegetable broth over the chops. Brought the chops to a boil then reduced heat, flipped chops, covered and simmered for 15 minutes. They turned out fantastic and so tender there was no knife needed served with a homemade spicy creamed cabbage. My fiance loved them as did I and will definitely be a staple in this kitchen!
