Apple Raisin French Toast Strata

I followed this recipe as written, except for adding a tsp of vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. I thought the flavor was wonderful! Having made it once, next time I will bake it at 350 degrees.

This recipe was great, and my husband LOVED! I gave it 4 stars because the crust was difficult to make and kept cracking even though I followed the directions as they were written. I will make this again, but may use store bought pie crust.

Caribbean-Spiced Roast Chicken

I made this recipe last night exactly as written and it was so bland! It had absolutely no flavor to it at all and would not dare make this again!

Chicken and Dumplings IV

This recipe was awesome! I had never made homemade chicken and dumplings before, and this recipe was easy, and wonderful! I did have a couple of problems that I had to change though. For the dumplings, 2 cups of flour was not enough, the dough was way to sticky. I had to add an extra cup. Also, I used roughly 10 cups of water, and 8 buillon cubes instead of 4. I didn't use parsley, I used thyme and added garlic powder as well. In the end when I thickened it, I used milk instead of water. My husband and I both loved it, I will definitely make this recipe again.

Indian Chicken Curry II

This is the very first Indian dish I've ever made. The recipe was easy to follow, simple, and come out quite delicious! My husband loved it, was asking for leftovers the next night but there were none. Definitely a keeper, I will be making again!

Pig Pickin' Cake

I was surprised to find this recipe! My mom made these cakes when I was little, and I haven't had one in years! I made this cake for my husband last week for the first time...it's awesome! Everything I remember it being. The only thing I would change is decrease the baking time on the cakes, because as thin as they are, they dry out. I bake them for 15 minutes, and they come out perfectly! My husband loves this cake!

Allie's Delicious Macaroni and Cheese

I made this dish tonight as a side dish. Though the preparation was a bit involved, it turned out beautiful and was very tasty! I used sprinkled the top with cheddar cheese and bread crumbs before baking. My boyfriend LOVED the dish and I'm sure I will be making it again.

New York Cheesecake II

The very first time I made this I was so nervous because cheesecake intimidates me. However, this recipe came out PERFECT. My boyfriend absolutely loved it! I have made this over and over and every one loves it. The consistency is so smooth and creamy, it is wonderful, I can't say enough good about it.
