I decided to try this recipe last night after taking pork chops out for dinner, and really not having a plan for them. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! Did a couple things different: First, I pounded out the chops a little beforehand to make sure they were nice and tender, also I added a little more olive oil to the skillet. I, like the other reviewers, did not put the skillet into the oven. I simply placed the chops onto a greased baking sheet and baked them for the 25 minutes. Perfect! Crisp, tender, juicy and so flavorful. My family loved them!
