Greek Pasta Salad I

I love making the dressing, it's perfect (in my opinion) for a pasta salad or on an Italian sub. Everyone, who has eaten the pasta salad or Italian subs I've made with this recipe's dressing, raves about how delicious they are.

Pumpkin Cake III

I made it almost exactly as directed in the original recipe. The only differences were I had used a real pumpkin that ended up being approximately 2.5C instead of just the 2C indicated and I added 2t of Pumpkin Pie Spice with the cinnamon. I did have to bake it for about 10 extra minutes (probably because of the extra pumpkin/moisture). It's SO yummy and delicious! Om nom nom nom!

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

This was awesome :) I had to substitute Flaxseed for the wheat germ, it still turned out yummy. The only problem was that I burned the bottom...I should know better since I've worked in pizza shops before! My toddler ate up the slice I gave him of the pizza that I made out of this.

A Slow Cooker Thanksgiving

This was good, reminds me of my moms turkey stuffing when I was younger. The only thing was, I put an extra cup of broth in before leaving to prevent everything from burning but it backfired because I used frozen chicken and everything was very soupy. We still ate it and i just polished off the left overs. Also, I won't use cranberries next time, it was too sweet.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

I've made this recipe twice. I didn't have any onions either time and thought about using onion powder but ended up forgetting each time. I also used chicken breasts with skin and bone. I added about 1/2-1 Cup of mixed vegetables. I allowed everything but the biscuits to cook on low for 8 hrs. After 8 hours, I added the biscuit dough that I cut up into bite sized pieces. I pushed them under the liquid so that they were coated and turned the crock up to high for 2 hours. My husband and I love this recipe, it was fantastic each time. Another thing: I used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup the first time, the next time I used 1 cream of chicken and 1 cream of broccoli. They were both awesome, just the broccoli made our apartment smell.
