Family loved this. I used Italian bread crumbs to coat which added more flavor. I also used thinly sliced chicken breast, which folded nicely. I added a little bit of butter to the sauce to add a little more flavor. It turned out so yummy. Then served with green beans with feta cheese and mushrooms.
