Pasta Fagioli Soup

This is awesome and easy to make. I used ditilante (spelled wrong) pasta instead of shells. Goes a long way too! Thanks for a great recipe.

Incredible Punch

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2005
I made this punch EXACTLY as called for on Sunday for a baby shower. We had a small amount of people, but the punch went really fast! Everyone absolutely LOVED it. The middle was still kind of icy, (it took at least 2 hours to defrost), so we just added another bottle of raspberry ginger ale. Thanks for such a great recipe.

Becky's Oatmeal Carmelitas

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2003
These were excellent! My son and I made a batch yesterday and took some to a family dinner. They went over very well. They are also easy and fun to make. They are a little crumbly, but I think maybe a little more butter mixed in may help. Thanks for the great recipe

Stuffed Pepper Soup I

Reviewed: May 19, 2009
Easy to make, everyone loved it. I softened the peppers first in the microwave in a little water, otherwise they are still a little crunchy. You have to add a little water to leftover soup as the rice sucks it up. Delicious!! Thanks for the recipe.

Zucchini Parmesan

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2006
Great Recipe! Easy to do, everyone loved it!! I also layered it like lasagna, baked it for a while, and a whole pan fed 5 people. Would go great with a salad and garlic bread for a quick, vegetarian dinner.

Easy Fruit Dip

Reviewed: May 23, 2009
Very good, and that's warm before we chilled it! I screwed up and used too much cream cheese (2 blocks), but it doesn't seem to matter, it's still really sweet. Cant wait til tomorrow's cookout, I think everyone will love this one! Thank you!

This recipe is awesome! Pretty easy to make, the kids are raving over it as I type. I used cream of chcken soup (out of mushroom), other than that, I didn't change anything. My kids also crumbled bacon over it and they loved it!! Thanks

Ratatouille Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2010
This recipe is pretty good. The spaghetti sauce taste fades into a very good tomato based soup. It didn't take long at all. Now, if I could get the kids to eat it!

Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie)

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
If you like spinach and feta cheese, then you will enjoy this recipe. I used frozen spinach, I think I will use fresh next time. Not too difficult to make. Also, after starting to eat it, I found that lemon juice really helps the taste. Try it! Thanks for a good recipe.
