Best Ever Banana Bread
This was terrific! Tried it because i didn't have butter or shortening to hand. I doubled the recipe and made half into muffins with chocolate chips for my niece and nephew and half into a loaf for my dad. The texture was perfect, dense but not heavy, and the flavor was great. I don't usually modify recipes before i try them, but i did cut the sugar a fair bit here and no one missed it. This is now my go-to banana bread recipe. Love it!

Mall Pretzels
i had no brown sugar or bread flour so i subbed white sugar and AP flour, but otherwise followed the recipe. these were delicious.

Cinnamon Rolls I
It was alright. I went with this recipe because i didn't have milk and didn't want to use add-ins like pudding mix or mashed potatoes. It's a fairly straightforward yeast dough, and did rise fairly well in the fridge overnight, but it definitely needed some time on the counter to really rise to it's fullest potential before going in the oven. Despite other reviewers saying it was overspiced i used the full tablespoon of cinnamon and was really disappointed-they were terribly bland. Still, it gets points for simplicity, and the dough itself is a good basic dough.
