Crawfish Etouffee Like Maw-Maw Used to Make

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2004
Very good recipe and easy. We added thyme, basil and bay leaf and instead of water we used chicken broth. We will make again and again.

Broccoli and Rice Stir Fry

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2004
I found this to be a great recipe and is easy to tailor to your family's taste buds. We added a carrot and will cut back on the rice for next time. This recipe will be fun to play with each time. Thanks Trisha!

Very delicious. My 3 1/2 year old son enjoyed making and measuring the ingredients. Thanks for a simple way to dress up breads!

Candy Bar Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2003
These certainly were easy but they just didn't quite have the taste and quality I like in a recipe. Mine also didn't hold together very well.

Italian Confetti Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2003
This compliments any summer menu with a nice cool side. I used bow-tie pasta for my kids(which they call butterfly pasta) so they'd eat it and it's a beautiful and tasty dish.

Basil Shrimp

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2003
This is delicious and easy. I marinated my shrimp in a large ziplock bag and had no dish to wash. We added some veggies from our garden on skewers(zucchini, onions, cherry tomatoes) and some mushrooms for our sides. We then put some garlic texas toast on the grill and had our whole meal ready with little clean up. Thanks for such a great recipe!

Spinach and Potato Frittata

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2003
This is easy and delicous. Definitely double the spinach and living in the south I used Vidalia onions which are in season now and it added a delicate sweet touch to it.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2003
These couldn't be any simpler or more delicious. I took these to a family reunion and came home with an empty dish. I'll make these again and again!
