Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
This recipe was great and fun to make. I didn't have any peppers or green onion on hand so i incorporated fresh cilantro instead and it still had a wonderful flavor, i will remain using cilantro in this recipe. I also didn't have a can of enchilada sauce so i made it from scratch, i used the "ten minute enchilada sauce" recipe on this website. Overall the whole dish was fantastic, thanks!
