That Good Salad

Took this for supper club last night and everyone loved it. Just sent the recipe off to everyone per their request. It was almost like a caesar salad but not creamy. Thanks for a lovely, refreshing and easy salad. I will make this often!

Amy's Barbecue Chicken Salad

Yummy! I used left over grilled chicken breast and served mine more as a chopped salad. Added a handful of bacon bits, a handful of red onion and some tortilla strips. This made a lot of dressing for my family so I suggest tossing as needed instead of adding it all. Yummy! So light and refreshing. Thanks for a GREAT, EASY, REFRESHING recipe!

Greek Style Potatoes

Excellent! Served with lamb sausages, pita bread with humus and tzatziki and greek salad. I cooked the potatoes at 400 on convections and it really sped up the cooking time. Thanks for an excellent recipe.

Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Muffins

These were so adaptable! I used left over sweet potato casserole. I had about 2-3 cups that was topped with a pecan brown sugar topping not marshmellows. I also did like other readers and added brown sugar instead of honey. Did not have enough yogurt so added milk to thin since the brown sugar didn't add moisture. Filled my muffin cups to the top and instead of struesel topping, sprinkled with demera sugar and flax seeds. My 5 kids loved it even though they knew they were made with the sweet potatoes from Thanksgiving that they are not fond of. Will definitely keep this one. Yummy! PS. Had to cook about 25 minutes but the muffins where huge and beautiful!

I enjoyed this recipe however, I think I would use kalamata olives next time instead of black olives. Pretty good. My 5 kids even ate it!
