Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
This recipe is delicious, but there are a few changes I would make to the instructions. First of all, melting the butter makes it way easier to mix, instead of creaming it together, then everything gets blended better. Also, I would specify in the instructions to make SMALL balls, as this cookie spreads a LOT, and they taste better with regular chocolate chips, not semi sweet. And they taste even better with butterscotch chips, or both. One last thing is, take them out before the edges start to brown, when the middle is still soft, and transfer them to a cooling rack to make sure they don't cook anymore. After they sit for about ten minutes they will harden a bit but still be chewy. Perfect!
Once you make these cookies once, you will perfect it a second time.
