Whipped Shortbread Cookies
Awesome recipe but I had to add a little more confectioners sugar because it wasn't fluffy enough. Also the key is to whip them for a long time, until superrrr fluffy. I've made this recipe many times, just had to find it here to refresh my memory.

Chocolate Chip Cookies Without Chocolate Chips
Excellent recipe though I changed it a bit. I didn't use salt, walnuts, or honey, and I used a little less butter. (about a cup). I whipped it with an electric mixer. I chopped up Kit Kats, Coffee Crisps, and added chocolate chips. Put them in the oven for about ten minutes, in little round balls, and they came out perfectly fluffy and soft. Everyone loved them and said they were awesome.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
This recipe is delicious, but there are a few changes I would make to the instructions. First of all, melting the butter makes it way easier to mix, instead of creaming it together, then everything gets blended better. Also, I would specify in the instructions to make SMALL balls, as this cookie spreads a LOT, and they taste better with regular chocolate chips, not semi sweet. And they taste even better with butterscotch chips, or both. One last thing is, take them out before the edges start to brown, when the middle is still soft, and transfer them to a cooling rack to make sure they don't cook anymore. After they sit for about ten minutes they will harden a bit but still be chewy. Perfect! Once you make these cookies once, you will perfect it a second time.
