Corn Sticks (Sorullos de Maiz)

NOTE: The instructions are incomplete. You need to boil the water 1st then stir in the cornmeal, salt and sugar. Mix all the ingredients well until it stops sticking to the sides of the pot. Also, I personally recommend using only 1/4 cup sugar (otherwise they end up being overly sweet).

Easy Chocolate Covered Coconut Macaroons

They're OK. I have had better. This recipe relies heavily on the quality of the chocolate and the sweetened condensed milk. They are also a little 'heavy'.

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

The recipe as is tastes bland, too sweet and has way too many chocolate chips. The next time I make these I'll use about half the chocolate chips, add 1 tsp of vanilla, and 1 tsp of salt.
