White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

I had never made a cheesecake before but I gave a shot at it and I was delighted!!!!!!! This is an absolutly amazing recipie! I used graham cracker crumbs because I didn't want a chocolate crust. Also doubled the crumbs. I baked it at 315 for an hour and shut the oven off and let it sit for a few hours then on the counter for an hour and then the fridge overnight. Not one crack and it didn't sink down at all!! My swirls didn't work as well as I hoped but that was my fault because I accidently got the sauce too thick. Followed people's tips to strain berries before putting in cornstarch and worked great. Garnished with whipped cream a berry drizzzled sauce and white chocolate! Everyone absolutly loved it! My husband was talking about the next time I make it whils he was still eating his piece! :) I definitly have a new favorite!

French Bread

I couldn't find my usual french bread recipie so I tried this one and it was fabulous I would definitly reccomend it! Turned out perfectly and was delicious! Thanks for the yummy recipie!! Also to make regular bread I added an egg, 1/4 cup butter, and did one cup water one cup milk. Turned out great.

Chef John's Quiche Lorraine

Yummy!!!! :) This was the first time I ever made quiche and I was a little nervous about it but I had company over and wanted to make something different. This is a fabulous recipie. I used parmesan and herb seasoning instead of thyme and colby jack cheese instead of Gruyere because that's what I had on hand and it was scrumptious. Made my crust which I just poked holes with a fork in the crust then simply baked it for 10 min. (blind bake thing too much bother). Fried my bacon and onion, mixed up my eggs, put it all in the fridge and it took 2 minutes to assemble and pop in the oven in the morning! Definitly a keeper!!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV

I actually don't really know how to rate the recipie because after reading the reviews and getting all the tips from there it's not even the original recipie. I don't have time to fool around soaking raisins for an hour; I dumped some water with them and put them in the microwave for a minute and let them stand for 5 minutes and they're amazing. I put in 1 tsp. of powder instead of the second tsp. of soda, doubled the cinnamon, added some salt and cloves, and an extra egg. Less white sugar. They are good cookies but not amazing, I will try another recipie next time.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

I made this recipie last noght for company. The first time I ever made cordon bleu! It was delicious! I didn't quite follow the recipie; I didn;t fry them first to save time. It worked great, they were a tiny bit dry but that was my fault because I baked them a little bit too long. A little more of the cheese melted out than I hoped would but they were definitly a hit and very good!! This recipie is definitly a keeper! Thanks for an amazing recipie!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

This is a super delicious recipie! I don't even normally like pumpkin very much but I was craving something pumpkiny and cream cheesy and so I tried these and they were top notch! I made half into a coffeecake and half into muffins. I got the cream cheese in the middle by filling my muffin pan half full, making a little "well", spooning in the cream cheese and then filling it with batter. For the coffeecake I just dropped it in blobs on top and ran a knife through it! I got rave reviews!! Will definitly make again!!

Tiramisu Cheesecake

Mmmmmm this was awesome! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because if I hadn't put in more coffee liquer like other reviewers suggested it would have been bland for me. I put 4 tablespoons on the crust and almost 8 in the batter. I didn't have mascarpone cheese so I did the 8 oz of cream cheese quarter cup of cream substitute and also I couldn't find ladyfingers so I used nilla wafers. It cracked a tiny bit so I made a little chocolate gnache for the top and that just made it perfect. Will definitely always do that. Definitely a keeper!
