Slow Cooker Roast Beef

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2012
My family loved this. The meat was so soft it shredded. I only cooked it for 12 hours though (and it was done), but I will try 22 next time, I just have to prepare in advance. Thanks GLASSWOMN9.

Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2012
This was awesome, thanks for sharing! I have made this four times in the last two months and it's such a great dish. I followed the directions exactly the first time and it was amazing. The next few times we changed it up a bit and it was still amazing. Just used diced tomatoes, chopped onion and seasonsings instead of salsa and both came out great... but good to know if you don't have a jar of salsa in the house and want to make this dish. We've also ate the chicken whole (without shredding) with rice, beans and veggies on the side.

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2012
This was AMAZING! I just starting hosting thanksgiving a few years ago and knew stuffing was something I needed to work on. I made this stuffing this year and there was NOTHING left... even people who don't like stuffing ate my stuffing, and raved about it. I mastered my mashed potatoes and candied yams, but never paid much attention to stuffing until this year and so glad I did. I read a lot of reviews and made very minor changes - buttered crock pot first, added spices to butter mix with onions and celery, used broth as needed, and omitted mushrooms because not all of my family like them. This was a HUGE hit. Thank you Gayle for sharing.

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2012
This was amazing. I followed the suggestions of other reviewers and used beef broth instead of water, and put the vegetables in half way through instead of the beginning and it came out perferct! I also didn't brown the meat due to lack of prep time in the morning, and it was still delicious. I can only imagine if I had the time to bronw the meat first. Thank you Maria for a great recipe!
