Best Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2013
The title doesn't lie... THE BEST brownies I've ever had! Doubled the batch, put it in a 9x13 pan, and 30 minutes cooked it perfectly. I didn't even use exact measurements and it turned out great. Seems like really hard recipe to mess up. My boyfriend's family was literally licking their fingers. So good!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2013
WOW!! Seriously hard to mess this one up. Had no measuring cups, eyeballed everything, had no real ham (oh yeah, went for packaged), and it still turned out incredible! Would be great topped with some grated cheese and served with some toasted bread with a little Johnny's on top. Two thumbs up!

Blackberry Jam

EXCELLENT recipe! I added 1 tsp vanilla dxtract and it almost gave it a dessert quality. I could eat it by the spoonful! For those who don't like it sweet, don't add the vanilla, but if you've got a sweet tooth like me, the vanilla definitely kicks up the flavor (maybe reduce it to 1/2 tsp, I just eyeballed it) . I think it'd be great over ice cream or cheesecake. Thanks for the recipe!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2012
Quick, easy recipe. The only problem I had was using 2 cups of milk, the sauce turned out a little runny, though I'm typing this right after I made it. I'm seeing that as it cools down it's starting to have much more of an Alfredo consistency. I'm curious to see how the sauce will set in the fridge. Sometimes food is best the 2nd day! This recipe is more than enough for a 1 lb bag of spaghetti. Added a few dashes or oregano and it seemed to really add the "Italian" flavor to it. Awesome recipe! Great for those who have limited time on their hands

Shepherd's Pie VI

Thought this was an awesome recipe, especially for picky eaters. I didn't have any beef broth on hand, so I mixed a half packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix with 3/4 cup water, and didn't add any onions to the meat or potatoes. Great flavor! Thanks for the recipe
