These where unbelievabley (is that a word) GOOD !!!! I doubled the butter. I also followed another review and baked them at 350 for 45mins then sprayed them with pam and then 375 for 5 more mins.

Banana Banana Bread

Very easy recipe. My daughter and I made it and it came out great. We threw in a very small amount of walnuts, we didnt have much. We cant wait to make it again and add some more.

Baked Pork Chops I

We used some of the ideas from reviewers and added a can of golden mushroom, doubled the milk and white wine. We are going to add this to our keeper box.

Grilled Salmon I

This is a very simple recipe. We ended up baking at 425 for about 20mins. We used a 1lb center cut filet and it was great. keeper

This is great!! the people complaing saying to much butter, do you not see the name of the recipe? I added the stick of butter and next time i might add more lol. I loved it even more when i dipped it in the butter that was still in the dish.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This was good but didnt find it great. We doubled the broth and milk and added some seasonings and it was still not as flavorable as we hoped. We will try it again and see what happens.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

This was very easy to make. Mix it up and throw it in the oven. we could only find a 30oz bag of hash browns and the ham we only found in a 5oz package. We used the same amount of the rest of the stuff and it turned out great.

EAGLE BRAND® Chocolate Fondue

Made this for tonight (new years eve). Really enjoyed it, served it up with pineapple, strawberries and potato chips. Surpirsingly good dipping potato chips in it.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Jalapeno Popper Spread

added panko bread crumbs to the top along with the fresh parmesan cheese. The parmesan didnt melt like i wanted to in the microwave for some reason so i will use the oven next time. This recipe couldnt be any easier. Everybody loved it and its not to spicy. Definilty a keeper

"Zuccotto" Cupcakes

My wife and I made these cupcakes and it was our very first time making any cupcakes. Dont let it scare you away. ITS WORTH IT !! We followed the recipe except we didnt mix the raspberries in with the filling , instead we filled the hole about a 1/3 of the way with some of the filling, put a raspberry inside and then topped it off with more filling. I love white chocolate, she loves raspberries. It coudlnt have been any better for the two of us. They where so good i actually helped clean the dishes. Thats a first! :-)
