Cream Cheese Penguins
VERY time consuming. Although using a piping bag to fill the olives cuts down on a lot of time. I also add 1/2 pkg. of original ranch dip mix into the cream cheese. Ties everything together so they are not so bland. I added a "triangle" of red pepper to the top of the head too to make it look like a little santa hat! HUGE hit at our Holiday party, will probably make again next year!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This was such a hit in our household as well as several of my friends and Mom!! Super easy, set it and forget it. Fairly affordable, and makes lots of leftovers!!! I will continue to recommend this to friends/family!!! Thanks for sharing!

Bangin' Banana Bread
I joined AllRecipes just to rate this bread because it was SO good!!! Perfectly moist, and very flavorful. I used 3 lg. bananas and it was perfect! I also added approx. 1-1 1/2 cups of Coconut, my fav. instead of the nuts. Was delish!! Also holds up well for Banana Bread French Toast!! Mmmm mmmm!
