Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce

I personally did not feel like that was a good recipe. It was "authentic" tasting for simple ingredients, but the tomato sauce over powered the dish and gave it a bland taste if you didn't alter it. I had to change a lot of things and add a lot of extra seasoning in order for it to taste like anything other than tomato sauce. I added brown sugar to round out the flavor of the sauce, and personally I hate cumin so I did a tiny amount and could still taste it. I also used chicken stock instead of water and didn't add flour. I also added Cajun seasoning to give it some more heat and garlic powder to help with depth of flavor.
