Penne with Chicken and Asparagus
This was a very tasty dish. However, I used the 1/2 cup of chicken broth AND another 1/2 cup of fresh chicken stock to my version. I think that's why mine had SO MUCH flavor. I also used already cooked, leftover roasted chicken instead of sautéing it like the recipe called for.

Easy Lemon Cookies
These are the best cookies I've ever made! So easy and perfectly lemony. I got it out of the Family Circle. In there, a reader suggested using lemon juice (1 tbsp.) versus extract (1 tsp.). I've also made a chocolate version replacing the cake mix with chocolate and the extract with vanilla. Also delicious!! I've also heard, but have not tried, strawberry and carrot versions.

Delicious Easy Chicken Francese
This was the fist recipe I ever tried on allrecipes. And, it's another one that I make nearly weekly (Parmesan Pork Tenderloin is the other). This is a tried and true winner in my family. We were spending $$$$ at Italian restaurants on this dish and now we can enjoy it at home for a fraction of the cost! I've made it both with and without the wine. Both version were superb, I just added a bit more lemon juice to replace the missing moisture from the absence of the wine.
