Irish Soda Bread
This bread is very good! I gave it four stars instead of five because I only use one cup of raisins. Three seems to be a bit much to me. This is a dense, soft bread. The dough is definitely very sticky, and I wasn't able to cut a slit in the top. What I did was allow the bread to bake for about 10-15 minutes until it was slightly hardened on top, then cut the slit. That worked well and the bread baked nicely all the way through. I baked it in a stoneware loaf pan.

Gulliver's Cream Corn
This is great creamed corn! I am using this in a recipe that calls for creamed corn, but I didn't have any. This tastes just wonderful. I want to go get it and have a big bowl right now, but I can't. I put half the thawed corn in a food processer to make the consistency more like canned corn. This is much better than canned corn, though. You really don't need to change anything, except I didn't use the MSG because I have an allergy. I thought it was great without it.

Easy Cheese Ball II
I would say that this recipe was all right. Not great, but people certainly weren't fighting over it at our Christmas party. I don't think the ingredients need to be changed because it delivers what it promises, an easy ranch-flavored cheese ball, but we just weren't crazy about it. Also, this makes a HUGE ball. If you're having a relatively small gathering and plan on having other appetizers, then I would recommend cutting the recipe in half, which would make a cheese ball about the size of a ready-made one at the store. Next year, I will probably make a different one. Thank you!
