Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Great recipe! I made a few changes based on previous reviews & personal preference... Left out the chili beans (the 1 can of black beans was enough for us), added minced garlic, a pack of ranch dressing mix, used a Corona for the beer, and in addition to the beer I also added homemade chicken broth since we wanted a soup, not a chili. I used 2 big chicken breasts which was plenty. Also to make it more kid friendly for my little ones, I used a pack of mild taco seasoning mix as well as mild Rotel tomatoes.

Beer Burgers
This is very similar to a recipe I have been using for the past couple of years. The only difference being we use a few slices of cooked crumbled bacon in the ingredients... so I call them Beer N Bacon Burgers I also had a problem with them being too "mushy" and falling apart. To remedy that I use a hamburger press & simply put the patties on wax paper and throw them in the freezer for a bit before grilling. Not freezing them through, just firming them up enough that they don't fall to pieces. It works perfectly for us!

Tomato Soup
Great recipe! I doubled it to have some for freezing. I made a few changes... I used olive oil, homemade chicken & turkey broth, diced tomatoes, regular worcestershire sauce, and added a red bell pepper. I let it simmer about 35 minutes and used my stick blender while it was still hot to blend it up smooth. Doubling the recipe I ended up with enough for about 6 or 7 lunches and enough for another 2 servings I sent home with my Mom.
