Heavenly White Cake

Amazing! I love this cake. I increased the milk to 11/2 cups and I used Almond milk (I was out of regular milk) and I didn't have almond extract, I used 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract in it's place. Also folding the meringue into the cake worked well. I filled the cake with guava jelly and coconut flakes and it was omg fantastic. I normally would make a frosting but I used a can of fluffy white and placed toasted pecans and coconut on top and believe me, this is one of the best cakes I've made.
