Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2007
These were gone by nighttime. The only change I would make next time would be to make a thinner crust on the bottom. I wanted more pumpkin cheesecake layer and less crust. Otherwise, delicious!!!

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2005
I make this all the time for company and it is always a crowd pleaser. I usually use brie, just because I like it better! Then I make my husband take it out and grill it!Fresh thyme is a great addition.

Paige's Feta Slaw

Good alternative too the original. Still, I think next time I will use less oil. I also soaked the cabbage in saltwater, rinsed it, then dried it. It got lots of compliments at the potluck.

If you are tired of regular meatballs, give these a try. A nice change. I served it with tomato sauce and linguine. Thanks!

Sauerbraten III

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2005
A great alternative to the regular pot roast. I think I should have let it marinate longer. I only did it for about 18 hours. I thought it would be really sour, and it was just a nice background flavor. I served it with egg noodles and corn.

White Chili with Ground Turkey

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2007
Great! I followed the others advice and only put in half the cinnamon. I am glad. I could still taste it in the background. One of the best meals I've made lately!

I used half sour cream, half mayo. I liked it, but my kids did not. It took me about 9 minutes to make.

Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Soup

Prep time took about 20 mintues. Easy to make, not a lot of ingredients. I added cheddar cheese on top at the end. We loved it. Would definately make again.

Hot Mexican Spinach Dip

Looks really strange, but was a huge hit. It's hard to stop eating. I used a jar of medium salsa which helped spice it up. Very easy!!

Great! It sounds totally weird, but it tastes great. I made it for my mom who never likes anything I make and she made me email the recipe! Although she did think it was a little salty!

I used blueberries and blackberries. Also, I used Bisquick and less water over the top. It still was a little too runny.

Best Hamburger Ever

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2005
Really great. My only complaint is that they wanted to fall apart on the grill. But, we managed to keep them from totally crumbling. I would definately make again. The whole family loved them.

Simple, just the way it should be. I added cherry tomatoes that I had roasted in the oven with olive oil and s/p for 20 min. Great vegetarian recipe.

Apple Filled Chicken in Pecan Creme Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2003
The chicken wasn't that easy to slice and stuff, but the flavor was good. The apples stayed crisp. The sauce was WAY too sweet for me. I am more of a salty person. Taste it before you put it on the chicken. I served it on the side
