Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Very moist! Will make again. Substituted real mayo for sour cream (since I was out of s.c.). Replaced walnuts with 1/4 c. chpd macadamia nuts. Added 2/3 c. semisweet mini choc chips. Dashed with cinnamon and raw sugar on top for crunchy sweet aromatic top crust. I doubled the batch which yielded: 1 bundt pan, 1 9x5 loaf pan, 6 regular sized muffins. The house smells GREAT!!!

Pear and Almond French Toast Casserole

HUGE hit for family brunch! People were asking for recipe. Would give 6 stars if could! Quick to make the night before. Note my tweeks: double these things - pears, almond extract. Increase milk by 1/2 cup (I used Vit D milk), bread by 1/2 lb, and almonds so total amount is 1/3 cup (2 oz pkg). Use real maple syrup not imitation to drizzle over entire top when still warm out of oven. Melts in mouth.
