This was just fabulous. My son and grandson just kept eating and eating. I used a jar of El Pinto green chilies. And I made Buffy's beans to go with. And pico de gallo and guacamole. Excellent recipe. Made in Crock pot. Very easy.

Champagne Shrimp and Pasta

Lemon Pepper Zucchini

I'm giving this three stars becuase 3 Tablespoons of lemon pepper just made it inedable, I will try this again with just a sprinkle of lemon pepper and parmesean cheese.

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

This is simply the best toffee ever, and very easy. Made it exactly as written. This will always be in my Christmas recipes. Will never by toffee again

Chocolate Trifle

What ever you do, MAKE THIS RECIPE.. I got so many requests for the recipe. I used brownies from the bakery at costco and it was just divine. Not too sweet, Just perfect.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

As if this needed anymore reviews. I used blueberrys, blackberries, reaspberries. the apples, the kiwi, and strawberries and used strawberry jam. I did not use sugar, and think it would have made it too sweet. Anyway, had to pull up 8 copies, as that's how many people wanted the recipe.
