Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup

One of the better potato soup recipes I've tried. Took a lot longer than 40 minutes to make. Fair amount of prep work. I will try to lighten this up for future batches. I made it for a high calorie dinner for my underweight son.

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

I cut out half the butter. I was worried it was too salty when I tasted the sauce before adding the noodles, but once the noodles got incorporated it tasted sort of bland. Next time I'll have to tweak the salt levels a bit more. I also added the noodles straight from the pasta water to the sauce and the extra starchy water helped the sauce stick to the noodles after tossing with the sauce for a little bit.

Corn Dogs

Excellent batter. Make sure the hot dogs are really dry before trying to coat. I turned the leftover batter into hush puppies. YUM!

Delicious Black Bean Burritos
