Easy Platz (Coffee Cake)

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2010
So yummy, and so easy because all the ingredients are readily on-hand. I followed the tip of baking in a larger pan. Had to bake it about 40-45 minutes though till it was completely set in ther center. Served it warm with vanilla ice cream. Perfect summer dessert to use up those berries!

Oh my yummy strawberry goodness! I had some berries and some cream, and wanted to make something different. I'm so glad I found this recipe! I made it exactly as posted, and it was perfect in every way.

Strawberry Cake IV

Yummy! Easy! I didn't have strawberry jello, so I used raspberry and it worked just fine. I've also made this recipe without the jello, it was still good, just not PINK. ;) Thanks for a great strawberry cake recipe!

So yummy! I did half white and half brown sugar, and doubled the nutmeg (love that nutmeg!). My kids gobbled them up!

Upside-Down Pizza

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2007
Pretty good and very easy! I spread butter on the top and sprinkled garlic salt on after it was done. My kids added parmesan and grated cheddar, too. I think adding more "toppings" would add more flavor.... pepperoni slices, mushrooms, olives, green pepper, etc. It's really up to your own taste. Thanks for the recipe!

Vegetable Chicken Pie

I doubled this recipe and made it in a 9X13 pan. It was really yummy! I added thyme and basil to the chicken mixture, and used 1% milk instead of buttermilk for the biscuit topping. This is a great comfort food for a cold January night! ;)

Fudge Puddles

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2007
Mmmm-mmmm good! Very rich! I didn't think it was much more time consuming than other cookie recipes. I doubled the dough, and was able to bake 2 batches (24 cookies in each batch, per my mini muffin tin). What other recipe has a batch that big?? It wasn't too much extra work to spoon in the fudge. Will make these again, my family gobbled them up with big glasses of milk!

Half and Halfs

Fun cookies!! I made the whole batch of dough then put the cocoa in half of it like a previous baker said. They were delish!!! My kids loved these cookies and they looked so cute, half chocolate and half vanilla.

Excellent and Easy!!! I used plain 1% milk because I didn't have any cream and it was still yummy. Thanks for the easy recipe!

Grammie's Sweet Milk Cookies

Very yummy and different with the nutmeg flavor! I rolled them into balls and rolled them in sugar instead of cutting them out. Had to add a little more flour than 2 cups. DE-LISH!!

Spring Lime Tea Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2006
Very yummy! I did half lemon and half lime in place of all lime. I think it would be better to grease the cookie sheet, though. The cookies stuck a little bit and left little crumby round circles when I took them off.

Jiffy Casserole

YUM! I added fresh mushrooms as an extra layer on top of the ground beef. Next time I make it, I'm going to add shredded cheese on top while it bakes. We are big cheese eaters! Very easy! Very fast! Very yummy!

Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2003
Very yummy! I thought it would take awhile to prepare, but it was fairly quick. I used seasoned bread crumbs, and baked the chicken without the wine. I served it with marinara sauce over the top of the rolled up chicken.
