Real Traditional Irish Soda Bread

I added a bit more flour because mine was beyond sticky. Baked mine on a cookie sheet at 350 for about 30 min. Will make again!!!!!!!

Chicken with Lemon-Caper Sauce

4 stars for mixed reviews. I would give it 3 stars, but the hubby loved it and would give it 5. My opinion is use less lemon! I doubled the lemon juice and the wine after reading numerous reviews to "double the sauce". I couldnt bring myself to use any more butter, but did in the end to cut some of the lemon flavor (which was still too much).

Fluffy Pancakes

Eating them now :) Great pancakes. I added 1 tsp vanilla, and let mixture rest before cooking (they got better with time after thickening). I used actual buttermilk instead of "making my own" with the vinegar.
