Pancakes

This was the first time making panckaes that were totally homemade. We were so suprized at how light and fluffy they were. We did add vanilla( we always do) and we will use this recipe again. I will , howver, add a bit of sugar to the mix the next time. It was missing something, but I can't quite tell what that something is. Very good and impressive recipe though. Thank you so much

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

These were just ok for me. Not what Ihad in mind. I should have read the reviews more, and added more vanilla. They were decent, but not waht I was looking for. Thank You for a good recipe though

Barbie's Tuna Salad

I have to say that for me the tuna salad was to "wet"..I perfer less mayo in mine. All in all it was a good recipe. I do like the cheese, curry and dill. Next time I will reduce the mayo. Thanks for a good recipe

Green Tomato Pie III

This is an incredible pie!!! I will add a bit more flour next time ( a bit rumnny) but very delicious. The kids loved it. They thought it was an apple pie( they hate tomatoes) Thanks for a wonderful recipe!!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Awesome Recipe!!!! My husband who is a rice pudding fanatic couldn't stop raving. Just the right ammount of sweetness. I did double the ammoounts (we wanted alot of pudding and did get alot!!) The only thing I will do differntly next time is add a bit more milk. After if became cool, it was not very creamy, but it was great all the same. I will definatly be making this from now on!! Thank You so much

Butter Bean Burgers

IMO, not a bad burger. It seemed to be laking something, or maybe it was because it was made with beans and not meat. I am going to try it again, but I will try it with bread crumbs as suggested by others. Also, I may try adding some rice to give a little bulk. All in all, not bad. Thanks

Easy Pizza Sauce III

Personally, I loved this sauce. the kids didn't, however, they did eat it. I love the garlic and onion in the sauce... and I added some crushed red pepper, maybe that is why they didn't care for it. However, I will be making this again.

Pizza Dough I

loved the pizza crust. so easy to make and very tasty. I did add oregano to the dough and baked for 10 min prior to adding toppings. I will definatly make this again!! Thanks

Chicken Alfredo

This sause was awesome!!! I was leary at first(cream cheese and butter??) but OMG..it was outstanding!! I did use the advice of others and used 2x the milk called for. The sauce was rich and creamy. I cubed chicken and sauted it in a garlic butter...yummy!! Thank you so much for a new fav...btw, it is even better the next day!

Ricotta Cheese Pancakes

These must be an aquired taste. Although they were not that bad, I was not impressed. I did like the flavor of the Vanilla,Nutmeg and Cinnamon, but other than that, not a go for us, personally.

World's Best Lasagna

Update 09/20/19- made this recipe tonight, and added diced green pepper...Still awesome!!! Thank You for a wonderful recipe. It was defiantly worth the time it took to make. I did add some crushed red pepper to the sauce, just for a slight kick. My husband only wants me to make spaghetti sauce this way from now on...and he loves my sauce!
