Thai Pesto
Though a non-cilantro lover, I loved this! Doubled the peanut butter for more protein. Also added 1 1/2 t. of sesame oil, 1 lime's juice, extra ginger, much less sugar, no cayenne. Cucumber and red bell pepper shreds helped lighten up the pasta part. Yum!

Quinoa and Black Beans
Just great! Soak the quinoa first, then drain it, to get rid of the saponin which can make it bitter. For even more nutrition, one could sprout the quinoa first.

Basic Pasta
I've made a lot of pasta before, mostly with semolina flour, but never heard the tip about letting it rest before rolling and cutting it as your reviewers suggested. Will try that next time! Also great if the egg is whipped with herbs or vegies to equal the water, in a blender, before adding the flour.
