Cherry Crisp

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2006
This was very easy. I used splenda instead of sugar and sugar-free canned cherry pie filling for a low-cal dessert.

Pork Tenderloin with Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2007
Delicious! I baked my tenderloins in the oven at 350, but it took a little over an hour. I occasionally basted them with the sauce. We used the rest of the sauce as a dipping sauce. I also sauteed some mushrooms to serve with it. Thanks!

Spicy Slow-Cooked Chili

Best chili I've ever had! I followed the recipe exactly except I omitted the beans because beans are nasty. :)

Breakfast Burritos with Green Salsa

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2008
This was delicious! I made several changes. I used only 5-6 potatoes and increased the eggs to 8. I also used red salsa instead of green. The recipe made about 7 burritos. We'll definitely do these for brunch again!

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2003
This was delicious. I toasted the bread, reduced the mayo to a little over 1/4 cup, and reduced the water to 1/2 cup. It wasn't soggy at all.

Carrot Pudding

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2003
This recipe was okay. I don't think that I boiled the carrots for long enough because they didn't mash smooth enough. I'd recommend cutting the carrots into very small pieces before boiling them. The boiling takes a long time (I think I boiled them for at least 45 minutes).

Bierrocks II

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2003
These were wonderful! I left out the cheese and they reminded me of the Runzas I used to eat as a little girl in the midwest. They freeze well and make for a quick, yummy lunch. I enjoy bringing them to friends for lunch. Everyone loves them.

Fabulous and easy! I used the convection roast setting to make them extra crispy and subbed out bottled sauce.

These were pretty good. We drizzled balsamic vinegar and sprinkled goat cheese on top at the end.

These ribs were fairly good. Next time, I will save some of the sauce to dip the ribs in while eating.

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2013
Maybe I did it wrong but the eggplant turned out very tough. In addition, the recipe took a long time to make. I did like the sauce though!

Delicious but try to get all of the lumps out of the flour/egg mixture before adding too much fluid.

These were pretty good! We only could fill 4 peppers with the filling. Next time, I would add cheese as well.
