Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2003
Truly the best peach cobbler I've ever had (not to mention the most fattening - well worth it though!).

Bierrocks II

These were wonderful! I left out the cheese and they reminded me of the Runzas I used to eat as a little girl in the midwest. They freeze well and make for a quick, yummy lunch. I enjoy bringing them to friends for lunch. Everyone loves them.

China Lake Barbequed Steak

The marinade tasted delicious, but my meat was still a tough after marinating for 24 hours. I may have had a bad piece of meat though.

Carrot Pudding

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2003
This recipe was okay. I don't think that I boiled the carrots for long enough because they didn't mash smooth enough. I'd recommend cutting the carrots into very small pieces before boiling them. The boiling takes a long time (I think I boiled them for at least 45 minutes).

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2003
This was delicious. I toasted the bread, reduced the mayo to a little over 1/4 cup, and reduced the water to 1/2 cup. It wasn't soggy at all.

Baked Chicken with Peaches

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2003
This recipe was delicious! The sauce didn't thicken in the oven, so we poured the juice in a separate dish, added more cornstarch mixture (1-2 Tbsp?), and microwaved the sauce for about 30 seconds until it became thick.

Delicious! Try to let it stand for about 10 minutes after cooking to let the flavors meld together.
