Mexican-Style Hot Chocolate
This turned out great!! The only thing I changed was using vanilla almond milk instead of regular milk because my son can't have dairy. Changed the servings to 3 instead of 12 and my 2 kids drank it all.

Turkey and Bacon Panini with Chipotle Mayonnaise
I have made these twice and have turned out great both times. The first time I forgot the red onion but added it the second time. I thought the red onion was a little too strong but my husband liked it. Also to make it easier and because my kids don't like spicy, I added some chipotle hot sauce to the mayo instead of the chipotle in adobo for my husband and I and the kids just got plain mayo. This saves me from buying a whole can of chipotle in adobo and only using a small portion of it. Just used regular bread that I had on hand too.

Apple Crisp IV
I really liked that there is an oatmeal crumb mixture on the top and bottom of this crisp. I did end up needing more of the oatmeal topping for the top. I also added a little cinnamon and sugar to the cut up apples before putting them in the dish to bake. Overall a very good recipe.
