Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This was a terrific crust. I split the dough into 4 parts and made pan pizzas. It wasn't that thick of a crust, but was crispy and buttery and delicious. I did use cornmeal on the bottom of the pans I cooked them in.

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

This was yummy. Had a terrific flavor, better than any I;ve had at restaurants. I left out the green onions, but followed everything else exactly. Went great with the Breaded Chicken Fingers from this site.

I followed this recipe exactly and it was fantastic. Very moist! I served it with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce found on this site and they went together perfectly.

Oh-So-Good Chicken

Following the advice of others, I added a packet of taco seasoning and sprinkled tortilla chips on top. I also omitted the mushrooms. My husband loved it. It was very spicy.

Chicken Tikka Tenders

Yummy and quick! I used a store brand fat free plain yogurt and had no problems. Also, since neither my husband or myself likes cilantro, I used dried parsley.

Spicy Honey Mustard Pork Roast

I thought this was way to peppery, the pepper overwhelmed the entire dish! My husband found it way to sweet for his taste.
