Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
I followed many of the suggestions in the other reviews and was THRILLED with the result! I have been obsessed with Moe's Southwest Grille's Chicken Tortilla soup and now can make my own comparable version! I used 32 oz (UNCONDENSED) chicken broth, 1 can each of Cream of Chicken and 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken soup (do not add water), 1 small chopped yellow onion, Green Giant Mexicorn to take advantage of the red and green peppers (drained), 1 can of organic black beans (drained and rinsed very, very well), 1 can diced tomatoes with mild green chiles (not drained, just dump on in), and the canned chicken breast in water. Added salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic power to taste. Threw all in one big pot and simmered over medium heat until it looked done. I am going to be making this ALL THE TIME! Thank you for the suggestions and great original base recipe!

Baked Chicken on Rice
My boyfriend devoured this dish. He loved the rice and how its texture and consistency was almost like that of rice-a-roni. Very hearty and filling. I will definitely make this one again. However, I did cut back on the onion soup and spices a bit. Wonderful!

Kristy's Lasagna
I am a new found cook and I find myself being held up to the reputation of my mothers delicious homemade recipes. I decided to try this lasagna and it was so simple and fast! Cheap too! I bought all the ingredients for $10.00 and fed my boyfriend for an entire week! I would advise using a little more ricotta cheese but it tasted fantastic anyhow! Thanks for the help!
