Chicken Enchiladas II
Made this tonight for Cinco De Mayo and it was really good. I only had dark meat and it still turned out great. I also added some diced red peppers. I will definitely make this again.

Easy Balsamic Glaze
This is my recipe and I used it on a pork roast. My family and I loved it and hope you do too!

Herb Roasted Pork
We loved this. The glaze, with a few suggested enhancements, were excellent. I used garlic powder, salt, pepper and sage on the pork rub. I wound up adding balsamic and I used teriyaki instead of soy sauce in the glaze. I will be making this again ASAP.
