Garlic Shrimp Linguine

Reviewed: May 29, 2003
I've used these ingredients for MANY years for my own scampi & have saved A LOT of $ NOT ordering it in restaurants, and mine's better! I also add chopped fresh tomatoes to mine and prefer asiago or locatelli cheese to parmesan.

Ranch Burgers

I usually read reviews & decide whether to add other things but couldn't since I'm first to review this one! Glad I followed this one exactly. BEST JUICIEST burger I've EVER had, and I tend to overcook mine on the grill -- STILL juicy! Will definitely look up other 'DamiansMommy' recipes!

I plan to poke tenderizer into my chops then marinate them in tomato sauce & diced onions for a few hours!

All-Day Apple Butter

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2003
I rated this based on all 74 reviews I just read! I very much want to make this asap (I can smell it already) but need to know how long to process 8oz jars (jelly jars, not the pint ones) in the water bath!!!

Toum

My son's friend Jon gave me this recipe 15yrs ago. His Mom was Lebanese, and I loved this recipe but lost it. She died not long after I got it, so I'm OVERJOYED to have another copy. Only thing I remember different was putting tahini in it. THANKS for the memories!

Banana Crumb Muffins

5-star based on all the good reviews! Can't wait to make them. One question re JPJL's 2004 review: this is the only one suggesting different amounts of baking powder (1-1/2t, not 1t) and 1/2t (not 1t) baking soda. WHY? Are the amounts in the stated recipe correct?

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2010
Couldn't be easier OR TASTIER! Even using my slow cooker, it's great to just put a FEW thing in before work & come home 10hrs later to the good smell inside the front door! When things I want to try have oodles of reviews, I take ideas from the first 100 and make changes I'd like. This one I DID AS IS -- that's why I gave it 5 stars!!! I couldn't taste the root beer, but it was really falling apart.
