Excellent recipe. I used boneless pork loin chops, dredged and lightly browned, then baked. The only change I made was reducing the cream of mushroom to one can - it's all I had on hand, but it worked out fine. You could cut them with a fork when done. Thanks for sharing!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Five stars all the way!!! Made this last night (and eating it as I type this) with a couple of adjustments recommended by other reviewers: 3 c. drained zucchini, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. sugar, 2-1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 dashes of nutmeg. This is my gold standard for zucchini bread from now on! Thank you for sharing this!!!!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

DEFINITELY A KEEPER! Followed previous suggestions of sprinkling with Old Bay, increasing the pepper, added bread crumbs and a pinch of garlic. Not a crumb was left over. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Green Bean Casserole I

EXCELLENT version of a favorite. Hubby wouldn't let me use stuffing, so I eliminated the sauted onion and added french fried onions on top. This will be the recipe I use every year from now on. Thanks for sharing this.

Caramelized Red Bell Peppers and Onions

ABSOLUTELY YUMMY! Didn't have red wine, so I used white and added a cup of halved mushrooms and a pinch of garlic; then spooned it over some baked chicken breasts. The husband loved it! Will definitely be making this again, and again...

Kicky Steak Strips with Rice

Laurie's Tequila Marinade
