Never like brussels sprouts but this is definitely a keeper. I was debating between this and the roasted brussels sprouts, but since time was of essence, I picked this one. Make sure you boiled it up to the point where the broth almost totally evaporated, then you can achieve a carmelized result on the veggies.

Bravo! I did serve this with blackened fish and in-law was very pleased. I didn't have green onion, added 2 tbps chopped red onion, used 1/2 jalapeno as it looked big to me (it was like 5 inches long). It looked dry after 30 minutes in fridge, so I added another tablespoon of lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice. Then it became a bit sour so I grabbed some fresh grapes and squeezed some juice on it :-p I think it makes a wonderful accompaniment with fish or chicken.

I halved the ingredients but there's still a lot of orzo. I omitted the pine nuts and put in chopped kalamata olives. Without the olives, it would be rather bland. I also added some salt and a splash of lemon juice. I wish I have sundried tomatoes too like others have suggested.

Marvelous! I used reduced fat sour cream and 2 cans of condensed milk. I followed ljm4jr's advice and used a garlic press to squeeze out the juice. I ended up using only 8 limes! It's probably a bit more than 3/4 cup because the pie was a bit sour for my taste although hubby said it was very good. Thanks for sharing the recipe :-)

Bravo bravo bravo! I couldn't find apple pie spice so I made by own by using 1.5 tps cinnamon, 0.125 tps all spice, 0.125 ground ginger and 0.5 tps nutmeg. I still have leftovers for next time. I made the mistake of making as an afternoon snack. My husband and I ended up finishing all the muffins so we had to skip dinner :-p

Made this for Good Friday. Very nice! The only extra thing I did was, like most people, sprinkle the sliced eggplant with salt and let it sit for 30 minutes. Hubby said the skin was a bit tough, so probably will take it out next time.

I finally found a recipe that would make tilapia (or any fish fillet) more interesting! I modified the recipe by adding a bit of blackened seasoning to the fish. I placed the fish in baking dish lined with slightly greased al foil. Instead of blue cheese, I used chedder which I think it's a mistake as the flavor was not strong enough. Next time will use blue cheese or feta cheese. Also, I will add 1/2 more tablespoon of balsamic vinegar to the onion and red pepper although I think for most people, 2 tablespoon should be enough. I baked the fish at 400 for 15 minutes and for the first time, I received compliments from husband on tilapia!

Very good recipe. I only have time to marinate the pork for an hour. I used a barbecue sauce called Soy Vay which was flavorful as it contained ginger, garlic and onion. However, it was quite watery and contained a bit too much soy sauce for this dish. So I boiled the glaze over the stove until it became thicker and added 1.5 tbsp of honey. Next time will use less Soy Vay or change to another barbecue sauce. I baked the pork at 350 for 40 min, poured the sauce over and baked for another 20 min. I waited 10 min before cutting it. The pork was very tender and moist. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

I marinated for about 30 minutes as I didn't want the citrus to cook the shrimps. I threaded them on bamboo skewers and placed under the broiler for about 6 minutes on each side. Love them!

I didn't follow the recipe exactly as I used whatever I have in the kitchen. I used halibut and substituted macadamian nuts with almonds. The crust made the fish very tasty! I grated the ginger as I was running behind schedule, so the taste was a bit strong for my husband although he said he liked it. Overall, it's delicious and may try with chicken next time.

Instead of roma tomatoes, I used a can of flavored chopped tomatoes. Marvelous!

The bread came out great. In fact, better overnight when reheated in the toaster oven. I didn't have powdered milk and put in a tablespooon of butter instead. Definitely add some garlic powder to the sausage when cooking. It is also good to add some herbs on top and brush it with olive oil as others have recommended. Lastly, the filling is not quite enough. I think I will use a cup next time.

I didn't followed the recipe closely because my kitchen was not well stocked. So I used whatever was available: I used onion instead of green onion, Italian bread crumbs instead of soft breadcrumbs, and a mixture of parmesean and cheddar instead of moneterey jack. I omitted the dill, and by mistake, I mixed all the cheese into the mixture so I have to place extra on top. But you know what? It turned out great! Next time will follow the recipe more closely :-p

I used only 3/4 tps of salt but it was still too salty. Next time I will use a low sodium broth. Overall, I love this recipe!

The cake came out perfect. Moist but not dense. I did not mash and measure the banana but only threw in two very riped into the cake mixer. No problem at all. However, I used two 5x9 bread pan as I did not have one 9x9. It was a mistake because the cakes did not rise a lot so they were rather flat.

My husband always says no to tuna sandwich, but today I managed to convince him to try this and he said it's good! I didn't form the tuna into a burger, so I used all the ingredients except bread crumbs. It is tasty!

This is the second time I made it. I used melted butter instead of shortening, added a teaspoon of vanilla and a bit more milk. I managed to make 4 pancakes from the batter which is just good for 2 adults. I added some frozen fruit heated in a bubbly sugar syrup. A keeper especially I don't like instant mixing.

I followed the recipe exactly, but doubled the amount after reading some rave reviews. However, my cookies turned out to be more cake-like than cookie-like. It could be me ... I don't think anyone will touch it!

Yummy! I only have 2% so I used heavy whipping cream to add to its flavor. I also sprinkled some freshly grated parmesean cheese on top before I put it into the oven. I put it at 400F for 30 minutes to shorten the cooking time. It turned out great!

I used butter instead of olive oil and drizzle some on top of the fish to increase the flavor. The mangoes didn't melt so the sauce was not smooth. It wasn't a very impressive sauce for me.
