These were great! I am looking forward to "playing" with the ingredients! With low-fat cream cheese and veggies these are a great healthy alternative for the holidays and throughout the year!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2008
This was great! I added a chopped onion because I like a little crunch. I did NOT bake this in a loaf pan. I shaped it into an oval on a jelly roll pan. It was very tasty! Cooked it for around 45 minutes because it was not as thick. YUM!

WOW! This is an awesome recipe. I cooked an 8 pound shoulder but did not double the sauce recipe. I had plenty! This is a keeper!

This was really good and different! I think I would add some chunks of roasted garlic to it next time. Looked really nice!

Pat's Baked Beans

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2008
WOW!!! These were fantastic. I made the exact recipe, didn't change a thing! I like to do that first and then tweak the recipe to my liking. I will not change a thing about this recipe. I did drain all of the beans, but also rinsed them and let them dry out a bit in a colander!

Beer Butt Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2008
Best chicken ever!!! I made these just like the recipe stated, except I added 10 minced cloves of garlic to the beer/butter mixture and baked them in the oven at 350 for 2 hours - the tip about spraying the cans first by the previous reviewer is key! Also make sure you let them rest for 10 or 15 minutes after cooking to retain all of the fantastic juices! YUM!

Stovetop Granola

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2007
I was a little concerned because it seemed a bit sticky after it was all together. I spread it out on a cookie sheet and put it in the oven @ 400' for about 3 minutes - watching it to make sure it didn't burn. I took it out, let it cool and broke it up into small chunks. It was perfect! I am looking forward to experimenting with different nuts and fruits!!! Yummy!!!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Delicious!!! I used a whole rotisserie chicken. Pulled off the meat and simmered it in the broth for about 5 minutes to cut time. I used black beans. This is a really delicious soup!

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

I used fat free half and half instead of heavy cream. Next time I would omit the salt, a little on the salty side for me. Great dish - a keeper!!!

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2007
Not one crumb left! I cooked the butter/brown sugar until it was a caramel-like consistency, this will alleviate the grainy texture some have complained about. I also poured half of the mixture over the biscuits when the Bundt pan was half full to distribute more evenly. Also serve this warm, it will harden when cooled and will be difficult to pull apart!!! Still delicious though!!!

The Best Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2007
Didn't change a thing - these were awesome! I might add a bit of parmesan cheese to the breadcrumbs used for the last step! These will be added to my collection of appetizer favorites! Use a teaspoon to fill the caps. It makes it very easy to fill and shape the stuffing!!!

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
I used ground turkey instead of ground beef. I also carmelized the onions and peppers in a small amount of olive oil - used a whole onion because I love onions!I had to add a little water to thin the sauce because the turkey does not give off much juice. This is a keeper!
