My favorite things to cook
I have an outdoor kitchen equiped with a smoker, BBQ grill(wood fired) a commercial 4 burner cook top. Built a wood fired pizza oven this year. Also have a small gas grill. Still learning new things to cook in the pizza oven. It's will do a lot more than bake a pizza. I like a variety of cuisines. My wife and I like most foods so we experiment with lot's of recipes.

Crab and shrimp boils have become annual affairs as well as a killer shrimp scampi.
My cooking tragedies
I had a rolled roast on a rottisorary in the winter in SD. I went inside to get something and when I came back it was on fire and charring. I grabbed the spit and stuck it in a snow bank, scrapped off the burnt crust and served it. Everbody thought it was great. Little did they know.
