Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
I increased the flour to 1 3/4 cups and the baking soda to 1 teaspon, as some reviewers have suggested. I also put the mixture in the fridge for about an hour before spooning it onto cookie sheets. The cookies did not flatten--huzzah! However, these cookies only remain chewy while they're still warm. After that, they get kind of hard and crunchy.

Peanut Butter Balls III
The recipe was a hit with everyone. No complaints about taste. I would recommend, as some have, to be easy on the confectioners' sugar. The peanut butter is sweet enough with 2-3 cups of sugar. I don't have any specialized equipment, so I just used a crock pot to melt the chocolate and a fork to pull the balls out. It's definitely an acquired skill. I'd say to bring some extra chocolate chips, just in case, because the two bags that I had never turned out to be enough. And be sure to allot plenty of time to this project, as it took me about an hour just to dip the balls in the chocolate.

Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies
This was a decent recipe. I didn't have the butter available to substitute like a lot of people recommended, but it still turned out fine. I feel like the butter would have made the difference between a good recipe and a fantastic recipe. I did add chopped chocolate bits, and that was fairly good. In addition, I only had an 8x8 pyrex dish. I simply added 10 minutes and made sure to butter it before putting in the mix. Great recipe!
