Poblano Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Made this recipe for dinner tonight and it turned out pretty good. I followed some of the tips from previous reviews. Left out the mushrooms and added some of the roasted pablano pepper to the sauce. Sauce was too thick and needed salt. I will make this again with the sauce much thinner. Pretty good dish!

Seafood Enchiladas

Comforting Cube Steaks

This was pretty good. After reading the reviews, I made suggested changes. Used 8oz of beer, 1 can of mushroom soup and added sliced onion. Cooked 45 mins. Next time will add the whole can of beer because the gravy was too thick. Great flavor though! Repeatable!!

Creamy Pear Pie

While living in Japan I found a great love for the Nashi/pearapple grown there. Luckily, they are imported to Australia, where I am living now. I bought a whole box and needed a recipe to cook some of them. I found this recipe and it is the ONE!!! I only made one change in that I added some apple pie spice, it was wonderful. I made it for my sewing group and it was a hit. I am now making copies for everyone! Thanks for sharing this recipe!!!!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

WONDERFUL!!! I just baked these to send to a relative helping those folks in Iraq, only I now have to make another batch, my 17 year old has eaten 1/2 the batch!! He's a growing BOY! Thanks for sharing this recipe it has replaced ALL the other chocolate chip recipes I have in my book!!!

Mom's Shepherd's Pie

When my mother-law passed her recipe for Shepherd's Pie went with her. Since this was one of my husbands favorites, I looked high and low for a recipe that came close...this is it!!! I made one minor change, I made the green beans a separate layer. Brought back wonderful memories! Thanks Missy.
