Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
I meant to rate this a long time ago. Fantastic as written, but I do add 1/8 tsp of onion powder and 1/8 tsp of garlic powder and 1/4 tsp of pepper. I don't use the shaker parmesan, but I buy the Kraft shredded parmesan over with the other shredded cheeses and it makes all the difference in the world. Amazing flavor. Don't use any other soup besides the is the exact right soup for this casserole.

Sugar Coated Pecans
I bought a pound of pecans during a fund raiser and really didn't want to make a pie, so I found this recipe. SO easy to make. Like others, I found it much easier to use 2 big baggies, one for the water/egg and the other for the sugar mixture. Super easy, no mess. When I first tasted them, I thought they might have too much salt in them, but they don' get that first bite of salty, then the cinnamon and suger aftertaste....they are BEYOND delicious and I brought them to work and no one could eat just one. Fantastic gift for the holidays!! So pretty!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I was looking for a recipe to use up some tilapia filets we had bought from Walmart and came across this. I had everything but the lemon juice and it was fine without it. I just baked mine in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes and they were awesome. I also put a little garlic powder in with the other spices and I sprinkle some Old Bay over the filets before adding the topping. This dish is company worthy and it only takes a short time to prepare! Thanks Phoebe!
