About this Cook
I am 19 years old. Born in New York but moved to Tuscaloosa when I was 3 and hav been here ever since. I love to cook. I learned to cook from my mother who learned from her mother and so on. I am starting culinary classes at Shelton his summer, which btw is a great program. I can and sell spaghetti sauce, and I am pretty successfull :) i am happiest when I cook and the people I live with usually are too. i love living in the south and I love southern cooking.
My favorite things to cook
I like sweets most. Candies, pies, cookies. My favorite meat is chicken but I'm good with most meats, except fish. I rally just like to find a recipe and give it a try.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My grandmother, my mother and I all have our own, delicious variations of spaghetti sauce.
My cooking triumphs
I make great spaghetti, turtle pcan pie, alfredo sauce, and banana bread.
My cooking tragedies
Fudge and I do not get along.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
SO GOOD!!!!! Just sweet enough. Compliments a white cake very well. Loved it!

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
These were messy, but they're mozzarrella sticks, they're gonna be messy. I fried some not frozen and I fried some after, definately way easier when you freeze them. Good.

Peanut Butter No-Bakes
Good flavor, not too sweet. Probably could use more rice crispies and something to help it solidify a little more. I melted chocolate on top. Good but I don't know if I will make them again.
