No-Fuss Rice Pudding

I doubled the recipe, so I added a few extra minutes to my microwave time. I also did whole eggs and added a tsp of vanilla. I also mixed the cinnimon and nutmeg in before I cooked it. I loved the easiness of it and it tastes delicious! Who says you need to spend hours and hours to make great rice pudding!!!

Very Easy Fruit Salad

I took this to a potluck dinner and it was the first thing gone in the salad section! Very yummy and very easy! I'm going to look for a better quality pie filling though. Some of the peaches I didn't like. Nice variety for a fruit salad and nice and easy!

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

HOLY COW!!!!!! I JUST MIGHT EAT THE WHOLE PAN!!! The only thing I changed about this recipe was adding 4 cups of strawberries and 4 cups of rhubarb. That was only because I had extra. I thought the toping was wonderful and would not change a thing about this recipe! Kids love it, still trying to make my husband give it a try ;) He'll like it too I'm sure though. SOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!

Famous Butter Chicken

Picky husband liked it! I thought it was pretty good, not a 5 star, although being pregnant could be hampering my taste buds. My 7 and 4 yr old liked it to. Will definately make again. (I only did half the butter though).

Caramelized French Toast

This was a great variation! I used my own batter recipe and then put the french toast in the brown sugar/h20 mixture. Took the advice of others and added my water super hot. Also - be sure you wait until it thinkens a bit - otherwise you'll just make your french toast soggy. We all loved it, and if you immediately soak the plates and pan in hot water, clean up will be a breeze!
