To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2014
These muffins are absolutely delicious. I only added a slight bit more of milk based on the consistency of my batter (I might have been a bit heavy handed with the flour etc.. so that would explain needing a slight bit more) and I also added a bit of lemon extract because I usually add that to all of my blueberry muffin recipes because lemon and blueberries go so well together. I made 9 regular sized muffins as opposed to making 8 bigger ones as the recipe suggests. Actually, they looked oversized (muffin tops) if that makes any sense... I can't believe this recipe garnered any one star reviews. Look at the amount of people who reviewed it positively and then look at the number of one star reviews and you can better judge if this recipe is a dud as they say or a winner as most of us will agree is the case...

No Crust Strawberry Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2005
This is an excellent tasting recipe...it's easy to make and it looks fabulous...I sliced the strawberries into bite sized pieces and I would suspect that if you added a few blackberries or blueberries in amongst the strawberries, it would taste just as great and look pretty colourful!!

Bread Crust Zucchini Quiche

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2003
I enjoyed this very much. Next time, I would omit the bread because it doesn't need to be in there (my opinion)...I didn't have any yogurt so I added 1/2 cup of 1% milk and also added double the oregano and some salt and pepper for my Italian taste buds...delicious!!!

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2003
I was looking for a cookie that was both firm and chewy but not crumbly or dry...I have found an excellent recipe! I used slightly less than the 1/2 cup of margarine (almost 1 1/2 tbsp less) but made up the difference with slightly more peanut butter and they were awesome...
