Really enjoyed these! Our usual meatball recipe is done on the stovetop, so, these are nice in that you don't have to stand about turning them all the time. :) We liked them just fine as is, but, do swap a few things from time to time, such as changing up the cheese to Swiss or mozzarella, just for variety. We grind the red pepper flakes a bit as they can be a bit crunchy, not a texture we prefer. We also up the "spicy" with some extra hot sauce, a little cayenne, or some finely-chopped jalapeno peppers. Good go-to recipe.
