Autumn Cheesecake

I've made this 3 times now. Once I took someone's advice and added one extra cream cheese and egg. The last time I made it I added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and it was great! Anyway you make it-its a hit.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

The dressing was very good. I only gave it 4 stars because I think the vinegar was a little overpowering. Either needs less vinegar or sugar or something. I would still make it again though.

Tasted great. My husband liked this better than the chicken marsala recipe from this site. I made this with 4 chicken breast halves. It was very saucy so you could really make about 6-8 chicken breast halves. Next time, I will probably try 1/2 and 1/2 to cut down on fat content and try olive oil to brown the breasts instead of butter. Great with linguine, but would also be great with rice or mashed potatoes as well.

Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas

Pico de Gallo was great! We marinated the chicken in a chicken taco seasoning and then grilled the chicken rather than cooking on the stovetop. In addition, we heated the quesadillas on the George Foreman grill instead of the stovetop.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

By far the best chocolate cake I've ever had. I made it for my son's birthday and used the Chocolate Cream Frosting recipe from this site to frost it. Everyone loved it. The cake is so moist and this frosting isn't too sweet. I didn't use liquour, but used some caffe' liquour or something I had on hand from Italy. I didn't turn out the cake after ten minutes though. I waited until about 24 hours and the cake actually fell apart and broke in half, which is why I ended up frosting it. So, I guess I would definitely recommend turning out the cake as instructed.

Chocolate Cream Frosting

Delicious! I used this frosting on chocolate cream filled cupcakes the 1st time I made it and on the Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake from this site the 2nd time. It's absolutely great tasting because its not too sweet. The 1st time I made it the frosting was runny. The 2nd time I made it I realized that it was runny the 1st time because I didn't whip the whippping cream first.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

We all loved this roast! The gravy had great flavor. The only change I made was to add a few cups of fresh sliced mushrooms. This was extremely easy to make and with no fuss.

Chocolate Caramel Nut Salad

I received compliments on this "dessert". The flavor was good and the kids really liked it. I gave it only 4 stars because I thought the amount of pudding was too much. I ended up adding a lot more grapes, snickers, and apples then it called for. When making this again, I would add all ingredients, then slowly add the pudding to create the consistency I like. Or, I would add more of the grapes, snickers and apples. With these tweaks, the recipe is great!

Blackened Shrimp Stroganoff

I loved this recipe and would definitely make it again. I didn't use capers and I used fresh red peppers. The sauce isn't too heavy and tastes great.
